About Zorro
He originally came to me from a with kids so he is super sweet and loving. He has a great happy go lucky alpha male headstrong goofy personality. Spunky athletic extroverted male playful cuddly super sweet but MARKS a lot pees on random stuff here and there very much a male and sometimes STEAL good food outright from another dog so these must be ok with you without big dogs or any that may get too upset for any safety concerns. Can wear a male belly band diaper but cannot wear that too often so to avoid diaper rashes and has to wash him regularly if so. He loves being held and love kids. He does understand the word no and if you’re constantly holding onto him can avoid him marking on stuff as much especially if held or on a leash but he will not stop doing it even if he knows what the word mean. He is not fixed but I do not think he will stop marking even if fixed as he is just very much an instinctually driven extroverted male dog, so dont expect it to stop you have to seriously not be upset about marking and ok with it. He is looking for a truly loving home who loves him for his personality and can give him plenty of affection. He is intelligent, strong, completely fine to groom, and handle. Healthy and agile , does not know how to walk on a leash but should be trainable to do so as he is intelligent. Meet in person in public here in Columbus Ohio

He’s a very sweet and loving dog. We just don’t have a lot of time at home anymore. He loves to run around and play outside. We have a water bowl, food bowl and kennel and his favorite blanket to come with him.

Rufus
Great Dane
Hi everyone I’m making this difficult post in the hopes of finding my boy a perfect home. This is Rufus the Great Dane. He is estimated to be around 4-5 years old and 140lbs. He is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. He is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and gastropexied. He has no known health issues, just takes a hip/joint supplement. He is a love bug and absolutely adores people. He lives for attention, cuddling and socializing. He has chilled out a bit in his older age but still has lots of energy to go on walks and play, overall I’d say he’s a moderate-low energy dog. He loves car rides and does well traveling. He has lived with cats and dogs. Overtime he has become dog selective and requires slow introductions with new dogs. While he has gotten along with 90% of dogs he’s met there has been a few that he has been nippy/ protective towards and he does not do well meeting other dogs on leash. He is very clumsy with his feet and has accidentally injured small pups so he is best suited for a home possibly with a large dog or as an only pet. Unfortunately, I am working 60hr weeks and will be entering professional school so I’m away from home a lot. Rufus thrives with human interaction and I can tell his anxiety has increased drastically since being alone a lot of the day. I know much of this would be solved if he had a family that could give him more attention. His perfect home would be with a family or couple that can be home for much of the day and possibly another dog that he can horse around with. I will only rehome him to a family that can give a home he will thrive in. Adopters will be vetted properly.
