I recently had a baby, and she’s now 2 months old. As much as this breaks my heart, I need to find a new home for my dog, Baxter. He’s a 9&1/2-year-old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix who has had ongoing behavioral issues that I can no longer manage safely, especially with a newborn in the home. Baxter has always been very aggressive during grooming—he won’t allow anyone, including me, to cut his hair or nails without trying to bite. It’s become increasingly stressful and unsafe. He also still has occasional accidents in the house, even though he’s house-trained, and it’s more than I can handle right now. I truly believe he needs a home that can give him the time, structure, and possibly professional help that I’m no longer able to provide. I want what’s best for him, and I know that’s not with me anymore. I’m reaching out in hopes that someone experienced with dogs like him might be able to help or point me in the right direction.

Friendly, shy, anxious, lovely, playful, cuddly. Not vicious, angry, violent, dangerous. Jealous, smart. In good health, no health problems, sensitive stomach to new foods. Will have diarrhea if introduced to a new food. But ends in around 3 days. Anxious around other dogs, but not violent nor does she bite. Anxious around new people, then gets used to them and is more lovely. Does not bite kids, is anxious around roudy kids, but can get used to them. Lets people carry her, pet her, touch her while she eats/drinks, walk her, shower her, without violence. Does not like showers but it is possible to shower her without her biting or being chaotic. Does not like her nails cut or fur around her face cut, or washing around her face, nonetheless she is not violent. It is just a bit more difficult to do those things. She is potty trained, recommend to take her outside every 2 hrs to do pee and poo. Is potty trained inside to pee and poo on a pad if needed. Might poo or pee inside if she isnt taken care of. Sweet baby, loves cuddles, loves hugs, loves belly rubs, loves back rubs. Does not like her front paws touched, groomed, or nails cut, nonetheless she isn't violent, its just a bit difficult to handle her moving away from you touchng them. Her favorite snacks are banana, cheese, berries, carrots. Knows the word "sit" and, "go to your room" while pointing towards her place(meaning go to her bed or place where she stays in). Knows when to sit if you take your pinky finger out. Id patient if you hold her favorite snacks. Does not whine or bark for food, she just likes to sit and watch incase you reward her for her patience. Can stand up and dance a little, waving both paws in the air at you if you tell her "up! up!" and wave your fingers in the air above her. She loves to sleep, to explore new things and smells and food, and to play. She analyzes your every move to try to understand you. She is easy to train, but sometimes she gets too excited and a little impatient. She is super attached, I fear she will cry for a week or so at first with a new loving family, because she does not do well in new environments. Meaning she is anxious and super shy. She will not bite or bark at you, if she sees you and you are close by she walks away scared or shy, and takes time for her to get used to you. If you show her love and give her nice pets, she feels safe. She is friendlt around dogs, but is not good at befriending them, she gets anxious and shy. She likes to bark and chase cats, does not understand how to interact with them. I am looking for a home where there a family or person is able to give my bab

Bear is a loving affectionate dog he loves to cuddle and is very friendly. He loves to be outside and would make a great companion.

Chatito is a small dog that loves to play and cuddle and in need of a home. He has a bonded Pair Lola and must be adopted together in a loving home. Both dogs are loving and playful and looking for a space to play and spend time with family
