Luce (pronounced Loo-ch-aye) is a 75 pound black lab mixed with GSD. She is the sweetest dog, has no aggression and gets along very well with other dogs. She is leash reactive, so someone with experience would be a great fit. About her, (2 years old and spayed) birthday 12-25 (Christmas miracle!!) Luce is a friendly giant, I like to call her my iron giant (like the movie) because she doesn’t realize how big she is and makes clumsy little mistakes because of her size but is just the nicest and goofiest dog. She will lick your tears when you cry and will jump for joy with you when you’re happy. She is the ultimate girls girl :) She loves to play fetch and is very affectionate. Her favorite hiding spot is under the bed but every morning you will wake up to her laying right next you waiting to greet you for the morning. I cant express how hard this is for me to do because she is my family and we have been through a lot together.. so if anyone is interested in keeping in contact with me until you feel like she is settled in her new home and happy, that would make me feel at peace.

Milo is a lovable Lab-Husky mix (approx. 5 years old) with golden-red fur, white markings, and Icy blue eyes. He’s a gentle, cuddly goof who thinks he’s lap-sized, and backs himself in for snuggles. Found as a stray with Leila (his likely sister), Milo has been loved and well cared for since adoption in 2020. He’s neutered, chipped, crate-trained, housebroken, and knows basic commands. He enjoys fetch, tug-of-war, sunbathing, and SUV rides. Milo alerts to strangers but is a lovebug once he sees you welcome them. Great with older kids, gentle and curious with babies, other dogs with proper intro, and a quiet, sweet protector at heart. We'd love for Milo and Leila to be adopted together, but they could thrive separately too. He’s looking for a loving forever home! We need to rehome them urgently due to a cross-country move to care for a sick family member. Milo would make a perfect companion for someone who wants a loyal, goofy best friend by their side.

While she’s less toy-focused than Milo, she enjoys following the fun and being part of the action, or staying back snuggling with people, keeping an eye on the mischief! Great with older kids and gentle with babies, she warms up to other dogs with time. Leila is protective but melts into a pile of love once guests are welcomed in. We'd love for her to be adopted with Milo, but she could do great on her own too. She’s looking for a loving forever home! Leila would thrive in a calm, caring home where she can relax and be your sweet, loyal shadow.
