Dutchess is a beautiful rescue girl with a heart full of love and a story of resilience -- she was heartbreakingly abandoned on the doorstep of a rescue volunteer. She was severely underweight, riddled with worms, covered in fleas, and bearing clear signs of past abuse. Despite such a rough start, Dutchess has shown incredible strength and spirit. With dedicated care, love, and training, she's made a truly remarkable recovery. Dutchess is now very healthy and happy. She's brilliant with other dogs, cats, and children, and has a gentle, affectionate personality that makes her a joy to be around. One thing to keep in mind: Dutchess does need regular walks and stimulation -- if she doesn't get enough, she may have accidents in the house. A home with a secure garden or someone who can meet her daily activity needs would be perfect for her.
