AKC REGISTERED. VERY loving and gentle with humans and other dogs. Trained to track deer blood trails. He has 100% found every deer that we have put him on. Unique solid red color. Bought from a private breeder in Durham NC. Very healthy and lean. Probably one of the most purest healthiest bassets you can find. Copper is our family pet but also knows his job as a blood trailing hound.
