About Ares
Ares is a very loving and gentle boy. He is a little anxious which can cause him to be protective and weary of new people, but I believe this is due to his upbringing. He was raised in a house with 3 women, 2 who were elderly and one elder man. He is a sweetie who is very good with children and other dogs! He is very strong and his muscles are very visible. He looks like a beast but, he’s just a gentle baby.

Although he often gets playful and overly excited, we know he has a good heart, and we truly cherish that about him. He’s never aggressive or mean, and he never lashes out. In fact, he’s very well-trained. He’s potty trained and responds to commands like “sit,” “stay,” “lay down,” and “shake.”

Leo is a mild-tempered, well-socialized dog. Great with families, loyal, loving and friendly. Understands how to play with large dogs and very small dogs. Not aggressive but extremely protective of his people and his territory. Size is standard, broad chest and great muscle tone. Has been easy to train. Zero hip or other orthopedic issues typical of the breed. Most notable health issue has been allergies.
